A local company with an office in Farmington Hills, Michigan is currently seeking a Recruiter for long-term opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for recent graduates or Recruiters looking for a company that offers excellent management, career growth, development, and competitive rates.

Recruiters will be working full-time, with a salary anticipated to be between $40,000-45,000 based on each candidate's experience and education, as well as competitive placement incentives. Qualified Recruiters will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) preferred; field of study is flexible, with preference for technical or business/sales-related disciplines.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, engineering, or a technical trade; must be comfortable with frequent outbound calling and learning technical products, processes, or industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with CRM/ATS systems is a benefit, but must be generally computer savvy and able to learn quickly.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
