Machine Builders needed in Fenton, Michigan.

An international company in the Fenton, Michigan area is seeking Machine Builders for long-term positions with their growing team. Looking for junior to senior candidates.  These are exciting opportunities for Machine Builders looking for a company that offers excellent training and development, pay, medical benefits, and a good work/life balance!

Machine Builder rates are anticipated to start between $20 to $21/hour based on each candidate’s experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours.

Qualified Machine Builders should have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years’ Machine Building experience.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps are a strong benefit.
• Able to read blueprints to fit and assemble components to tolerance.
• Good math and measuring skills with ability to use measuring tools to align and fit.
• Electrical skills are a benefit, but not essential.
• Experience with welding and fabrication (10% of the role or less).
• Able to read blueprints.
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
