General Manager

A national company with a facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan is currently seeking General Managers and Operations Managers with experience in Manufactured Home Sales, Property Management, Real Estate or similar industries for opportunities with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a General Manager or Operations Manager looking for a company that offers excellent management, career growth, development, and competitive rates.

The General Manager will be working full-time, with pay anticipated to be $100K/year plus bonuses based on each candidate's experience and education, higher pay rates available for candidates with experience and relevant experience. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.

Qualified General Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of recent/relevant managing an office dealing with accounting and sales. Manufactured home sales or similar industries preferred
• Strong experience in accounting and bookkeeping is required
• Experience in managing listings and closings is required
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel as well as QuickBooks
• Ability to oversee marketing & advertising
• Must have experience and be able to demonstrate leading a team of office professionals
• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
