About this Job

• Reporting to the COO, responsible for executing the plant’s growth strategy, managing the business operations, implementing best practices, and creating a positive team-oriented environment. 
• Drive plant profitability by growth and efficiency improvements.
• Manage the plant’s P&L, operations, production, engineering, accounting, HR and supply chain functions.
• Ensure continued commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, team development, safety, quality, customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Relocation assistance is available to the right candidate.

Ideal Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressively responsible, senior level business and operations management experience in plastic injection molding.
• A dynamic, inspirational, and “roll up your sleeves” leader with the ability to motivate teams to achieve company objectives.
• Proven high-energy leader with track record of driving results and growth.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making and people management skills.
• Desired experience with IQMS ERP system.
• Lean manufacturing and quality system credentials and successes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Plastics or Manufacturing Operations.
