About this Job

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and effective production of recycled PET materials.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead initiatives to improve workplace safety.
• Maintain high standards for product quality through rigorous quality control processes and continuous monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains, and lead initiatives to implement these improvements.

Ideal Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management role, preferably within the plastics or recycling industry.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
