The Chief Financial Officer provides strategic and operational leadership for all financial functions of the organization. This role oversees accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, and reimbursement activities, while serving as a key advisor to the CEO, executive leadership, and Board. The CFO also provides oversight for select operational departments as assigned and supports organizational growth through sound financial planning and governance.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, and internal controls.
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on fiscal planning, performance, and risk management.
- Oversee development and monitoring of operating and capital budgets across all campus entities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reimbursement requirements, GAAP, and fund accounting standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee cash management, investments, insurance coverage, and financial risk controls.
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and cross‑training.
- Support operational leaders with financial analysis, cost control, and performance improvement insights.
- Ensure financial systems, reporting tools, and controls support accurate, timely decision‑making.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, fund accounting, healthcare reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing complex budgets, and partnering with executive leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
