We are looking for a:
Business Development Representative


General Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative. Ideal candidates are highly driven and self-motivated. Job responsibilities include assisting in the growth of the client by establishing prospect lists, creating a consistent flow of new meetings, and establishing a sales strategy based on analyzed data. This position will be mostly remote, with an expected 2-3 travel days per year for internal sales team meetings.

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 years of outbound lead generating or sales development experience.
  • Understanding in fintech and software as a service preferred, not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-sufficient and independent
  • Thrives under pressure with the ability to overcome setbacks.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation- Train to learn to set up a minimum of 10 meetings per week using targeted outreach strategies.
  • Data Management- Track and maintain CRM data, detailing all interactions, meetings and leads to ensure smooth follow-up process 
  • Qualifying Prospects- Identify prospects' business needs to determine how to best serve them.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration- Work with various departments to refine outreach strategies and optimize the sales process

Schedule:

  •  Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Salary

  • $45,000-$55,000/yr Salary range.
