Shine People Solutions is an Aboriginal owned and operated business, we assist companies to expand their Indigenous workforce and recruit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across all levels of business.

 

We are currently recruiting for 2 Graduates based in Melbourne who have completed a bachelor’s degree on or before December 2025. This is an Indigenous Identified role and is only open to applicants who identify as Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander.

This comprehensive 2-year graduate program is designed to provide a holistic professional development experience.

 

As a participant in this program, you'll enjoy a full-time permanent role, with experience across a comprehensive rotation, spending six months in various areas aligned with your chosen career stream, with over ten career paths available including:

  • Customer (Marketing)
  • Own Brand
  • Digital
  • Technology
  • Safety
  • Supply Chain
  • People Culture (HR)
  • Central Operations
  • Liquor
  • Finance

 

About you

To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and have completed a Bachelor's Degree or above by December 2025. The program is based in Melbourne, offering a vibrant city experience alongside professional growth.
