Our client is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advancing reconciliation through education, community engagement, and national programs.

Their Narragunnawali program supports schools and early learning services with tools, resources, and professional learning to embed reconciliation into education systems across Australia.

About the Role

This is a leadership role focused on growing the impact of reconciliation in education by strengthening learning and development programs for educators nationwide.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of learning experiences, including workshops, webinars, and events, while building strong partnerships across the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and events to engage educators.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
• Build partnerships across education sectors and First Nations organisations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and program development.
• Represent the organisation in public forums.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of reconciliation and First Nations perspectives.
• Experience in education (teaching or sector engagement).
• Experience delivering professional learning programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and delivering strategic outcomes.
• Passion for driving system-wide impact through education.
