JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Compliance Analyst to enrich the team with their expertise. Your role will be to take the necessary contingency measures with our suppliers to protect operations from external non-quality issues, while ensuring excellent collaboration with internal teams to better define the challenges encountered in the production line.

Responsibilities

  • Influence and facilitate communications between internal and external stakeholders
  • Be an agent of change to promote a culture of quality throughout the company
  • Investigate and identify future risks
  • Be responsible for summarizing simple to complex situations in order to present them to different levels of management
  • Communicate and work with different cultures located in different countries
  • Be a representative to A220 suppliers
  • Any other related tasks

Skills and qualifications

  • You have a college diploma in engineering or aeronautics with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
  • You have knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA)
  • You have solid experience in problem solving
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • You have an analytical mind and the ability to solve problems effectively
  • You demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work in a team
  • You are flexible in communicating with certain suppliers in a different time zone
  • You have a good work structure that allows you to organize your work efficiently
  • You have a strong ability to synthesize and document information
  • Bilingualism (French-English) in both spoken and written communication is an important asset for communicating in the multilingual environment of the client's site and for technical documentation.

Required experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Aerospace sector.
