Responsibilities:

  • Format and enhance resumes to ensure they are visually appealing, professional, and structured in a way that effectively showcases candidates' experience and qualifications.
  • Craft detailed candidate overviews that highlight key qualifications and strengths, effectively showcasing their fit for potential employers with clarity and impact.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions
  • Conduct up to 10 candidate screens per week, utilizing video interviews to assess talent.
  • Review, edit, and refine company job description documents, to maintain consistency, accuracy, and a polished professional tone.
  • Manage all technology logistics for webinars, including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless execution for both presenters and attendees.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing office logistics, and assisting with general operational support as needed.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate company events, lunches, and team-building activities, handling logistics such as catering, scheduling, and communication to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage office including, ordering supplies, groceries, and other logistical tasks to keep it running efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year in administrative support or recruiting coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and digital recruitment tools (is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or a Related Field
