Located in a stunning office in Buffalo’s thriving business district, this firm is known for its entrepreneurial spirit, cutting-edge technology, and deep commitment to supporting the region’s growing businesses. With a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000+, based on qualifications and experience, this role offers exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth in a values-driven culture that prioritizes work-life balance and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in corporate or business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and managing the paperwork that keeps deals running smoothly. We seek an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to collaborate with clients and team members in a high-tech, fast-paced setting.

This is a hybrid position in Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients on corporate and business transactions.
  • Manage and prepare corporate filings, contracts, and other transaction-related documents.
  • Provide strategic legal advice tailored to the needs of growing businesses.
  • Work closely with team members and clients to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate or business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Admission to practice law in New York State.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of filings and paperwork efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
