Your Mission

• Own a flagship project (≈ A$10 million) and take it from charter to benefits realisation—on time, on budget, on quality.
• Forge one team—align sponsors, SMEs and partners behind transparent KPIs.
• Make status crystal-clear with rigorous controls, real-time dashboards and plain-English reporting.
• Raise the bar—coach junior PMs, share playbook tweaks, champion continuous improvement.
• Blend & bend—switch between waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery as the challenge demands.
• Stay cool under fire—your resilience steadies the ship when projects get choppy.
