Senior Sales Team Lead – Permanent staffing Division, Lorien
Location: US, Remote

Lorien is looking for a Sales oriented individual that is excited and eager to both lead and develop the Perm Hire Division from an external as well as internal perspective. Externally, Lorien's Perm Hire Division will marry with the existing Contract Division to offer an additional service line to LORIEN’s customers, maximize Impellam’s wallet share, and open new accounts through business development activities.

We are searching for a well-rounded Sales leader that is all capable and eager to develop and build out the team internally. Hiring, training, and developing internal personnel as well as growing our presence in the market with new and existing clients is of equal importance. A proven track record in both is strongly desired/required and more importantly the willingness to do both is a must.

Your responsibilities:
Generate revenue from new and existing clients.
Hire, train, and develop new and existing personnel
Manage entire new business development pipeline from initial sales call through close.
Managing day-to-day activities of team members including managing attendance, productivity, performance & professional conduct, driving high standards at all times
Delivers successful onboarding and continued development; dedicates time for training and coaching activities; providing honest and timely feedback to enable improved performance; setting consultants up for success
Qualify prospect regarding staffing need, budgets, timeframes, contract hiring history and decision-making process.
Assist in building a client base of qualified contacts. Maintain minimum performance standards and increase pipeline for future business.
Coordinate with recruiting team to pursue sales leads, develop search criteria, schedule interviews, and initiate offers for employment to candidates.
Maintain records of all communication in customer relationship management tool.
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

What we need from you:
Prior Experience in a Perm IT Staffing Market.
3+ years experience in a Leadership Role within Staffing Company Environment
A Willingness to both run an individual desk as well as provide leadership and guidance to both new and existing team members.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
The ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Self-motivated, independently setting goals and meeting deadlines
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, coach, and develop employees to ensure Promises and targets are consistently met/exceeded and the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
Ensure talent management processes such as Promise Based Management are fully embedded including development and career planning.
Undertake regular individual and team meetings to ensure that all members of the team are motivated and challenged to deliver outstanding performance.
In conjunction with your manager and Human Resources, recruit and select best talent.
Be the escalation point for customer/client/candidate and people grievances and manage in accordance with policy and procedures. Escalate further where required
