Full Time E-Commerce Data Entry Specialist

Helmet House is the exclusive US supplier for SHOEI Helmets, Sidi boots, Kriega, Insta360, and Fasthouse, while also distributing HJC Helmets, Alpinestars, 100%, Molecule, Pinlock, Cardo, Quad Lock and Sena to motorcycle dealerships in the United States. The Tourmaster, Cortech, and NORU motorcycle apparel brands are manufactured and marketed directly by Helmet House. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an E-Commerce Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing product information to ensure a seamless and optimized online shopping experience for our customers. You will play a key role in maintaining consistent, accurate, and organized product listings across platforms. 

 

This full-time hybrid position will report to the E-Commerce Manager, and the core office hours are M-F, 8am-5pm.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Enter product data with precision to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple e-commerce platforms. (B2C, B2B, Google Merchant, Amazon, and eBay)
  • Create, manage, and update product listings, including handling variations (e.g., size, color) to maintain well-organized product information.
  • Efficiently manage time and organize tasks to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adapt to new tools, platforms, and changes in e-commerce processes, with a willingness to continuously learn and apply new skills
  • Work closely with senior designers and receive feedback to refine design concepts and enhance skills

 

Amazon-Specific Responsibilities

  • Conduct data entry tasks, including product information, images, and multimedia updates on the Amazon Seller Central platform.
  • Utilize Excel and Product Data Management systems to ensure organized information for seamless reporting.
  • Communicate product data issues clearly with Amazon Support, managing and escalating cases when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to customer reviews, questions, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support Team to effectively manage order operations.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and E-Commerce data entry. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Product Data Management systems. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
