Recruiting Specialist 
Location: Remote 
Required Clearance: Public Trust

Job Responsibilities:

• Confers with management to prepare and implement recruitment program.
• Develops EN Recruitment content.
• Conducts outreach to targeted agencies in support of EN Recruitment Program.
• Maintains pipeline to attract up to 30 approved annual EN applications, including  each type of approved EN models.
• Analyzes pipeline activity and provides reports for management review. 

Required Skills:

At least 5 years work experience with disability community with a community rehabilitation provider or disability service provider. 

Education:

Bachelors Degree
