Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level professional with an active Top Secret clearance to join our team as an Initial Processing Analyst. This role is ideal for candidates who are motivated, detail oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) processing. No prior FOIA experience is required, we will provide full training. The right candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn new processes, and a commitment to meeting production and quality expectations. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and prepare records for FOIA processing in accordance with established guidelines.
• Conduct initial assessments of incoming requests and documents to determine appropriate processing paths.
• Track and meet daily and weekly production quotas.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality while working within established timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent processing and adherence to policy.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise and strengthen analytical skills.
