JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Passenger Safety and Emergency Response: Authority over ensuring passenger safety and executing emergency procedures during critical incidents.
  2. Customer Service and Cabin Management: Responsibility for exceptional customer service, maintaining cabin cleanliness, and managing passenger comfort.
  3. Regulatory Compliance and Collaboration: Obligation to adhere to aviation regulations, collaborate effectively within the flight attendant, and address diverse passenger needs while maintaining professionalism.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Area of Education          : Graduated from Senior high school or diploma
  1. Experience                    : Minimum 1 year experience as a Flight Attendant
  1. Language Proficiency     : Proficient in English
  1. Certification                   : Holder of a valid FAC with a current A320 type rating
  1. Skills & Other requirements:

 

  • Good communication skills

  • Only for Indonesian citizen
