About you
You should have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in social work/ business administration/ communication or a related field with at least 5-6 years of working experience in programmatic support, administration or coordination roles preferably in an international development sector. Fluency in English (advanced) & Hindi is required.
About the role
The overall purpose of the position is to provide high level support to the Country Director in overall coordination, internal communication, external engagement to enable effective country operations. In this role you will be responsible to:
- Assist the Country Director and Program Managers in preparing various documents, conducting secondary research, basic data analysis, developing minutes, designing documents and presentations.
- Systematically collate data related to Nutrition International work to feed into strategic decision making of country operations and proposal development
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading various documents and reports.
- Draft content for social media and internal newsletter based on India programs and advocacy priorities in consultation with the Manager Advocacy and Communication.
- Draft routine communication on behalf of the Country Director and follow-up with external stakeholders such as partners, donors and government.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for all project related workshops, meetings, travel arrangement both international/national level including organizing plans and settling accounts.
