Job Title: Administrative Support Associate

Reports To:  Human Resources Supervisor/Manager

 

Position Summary:

To provide human resources support across the company, organize, and manage all receptionist activities and partner with teams to successfully complete company initiatives in a positive manner.

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

 

Experience:

  • Multi-line console telephone operation as a receptionist
  • One year or more of related experience and/or training, preferred

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills

 

Essential Physical Functions:

  • Ability to consistently communicate clearly and in a friendly professional manner
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for 8 hours
  • Ability to use hands and wrists with typing

 

Outline of Responsibilities and Duties:

 

Receptionist Activities:

  • Answer and direct incoming visitors and calls in a professional and customer service friendly manner
  • Ensure visitors are signed in and out
  • ITAR-Support the Foreign Visitor Process
  • Distribute mail
  • Assist in managing the conference room schedules, ordering supplies, and meals when needed
  • Responsible for professional appearance of the front lobby, coffee station, and conference room

 

HR Support:

  • Assist employees with HR related questions and inquiries
  • Manage the badge access system for employees and visitors
  • Prepare and organize HR information as needed
  • Special event assistance and planning for the company

 

 

Other Duties:

  • Miscellaneous special projects and support for the department and company as assigned
