Title: Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Duration: 1 Year contract
Position Overview: We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to oversee the flow of critical parts through our supplier's manufacturing shop. This role involves proactive monitoring, risk identification, and driving actions to ensure on-time delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track the flow of critical/hot parts through the supplier’s manufacturing shop from the raw material phase to delivery.
- Proactively work with the supplier to monitor all parts and support on-time deliveries.
- Drive actions to mitigate potential delivery delays by identifying risks, performing root cause analysis, and developing recovery plans.
- Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to stakeholders, including customers and prime aerospace manufacturers.
- Monitor production operations and identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvement.
- Prepare presentations and lead meetings with internal teams and suppliers.
- Interact with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Operations to ensure parts are delivered to the production line.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
