ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a Lead Modeler who will be setting modeling standards and ensuring the quality and accuracy of models and will help execute the plan. This role will coordinate with clients and participate in continuous improvement activities.
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Produce the following structural drawings and create Revit models that meet quality standards:
- Quality check own work, and project and design modelers
- Advanced model execution (complex geometry)
- Model detailing
- Takeoffs/target value models
- Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled
- Special conditions/complex family creation
- Presentation on considerations (use of 3D views)
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
- Work closely with the project team to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete
- Execute the following Sprint plan:
- Create and communicate a plan of approach to PM
- Understand and document tasks to complete deliverables and estimate hours
- Commit and execute the plan, and reconcile the plan with the project team as needed
- Communicate early and often when roadblocks to the plan are identified
- Balance multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Manage the following tasks related to client coordination:
- Proactive and effective communication with clients, ability to coordinate with
- external team
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design changes and model challenges
- Identify underdeveloped areas in design and provide high-level options for the technical lead for areas that require direction
- Understand client value map and deliver projects to meet client expectations
- Participate and execute the following continuous improvement activities:
- Seek out and participate in continuing education
- Participate in material groups, update, and improve standards and best practices
- Grow proficiency in material, market, and project types
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience
- Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design
- 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design
- Experience in mid-sized structural projects ($5M - $50M)
- 3+ years Revit Experience
- Working knowledge Tekla, and SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft highly preferred
- Working knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and/or masonry design
- Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
