JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive, data-driven, and strategic Head of Recruiting to lead our international recruiting operations, primarily the Philippines and Colombia. This individual will play a key role in unifying our recruiting efforts under a global model, ensuring consistent processes, leveraging data and automation, and driving performance across sourcing, referrals, candidate experience, and hiring execution.
 
As the Head of Recruiting, you will oversee team leaders in both regions and lead a high-performing recruiting engine that supports our U.S.-based clients in hiring top-tier offshore and nearshore talent across various domains—technology, finance, admin, customer service, and more.
 
This is a critical leadership role that combines operational oversight, talent strategy, data analysis, and people management.
 
You must be willing to work a non-traditional shift that has overlap between CST (US/LATAM), and PHT (PH). We are a fully remote organization.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Optimization
  • Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, recruiter capacity, and candidate retention.
  • Analyze market trends to recommend optimal hiring geography based on talent availability, cost, and speed.
  • Jump in to rebalance recruiter workloads, reassign job orders, or shift sourcing strategies when performance stalls.
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
Data & Process
  • Build and maintain robust recruiting dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with operations and data teams.
  • Leverage our ATS and AI tools to streamline operations and decision-making.
  • Standardize recruiting processes, templates, and communication across both countries.
 
Collaboration, Strategy, & Influence
  • Lead the strategic evolution of our global recruiting function—identifying new opportunities, embracing emerging trends, and future-proofing our approach.
  • Serve as a champion for AI, automation, and technology in recruiting—actively seeking out and testing innovative tools that improve speed, quality, candidate and client experience.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability, accountability, and continuous improvement—driving those same behaviors across all levels of the recruiting team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align hiring execution with broader company goals.
  • Influence client and internal stakeholders to shift focus from cost/geography to talent quality, retention potential, and strategic value.
  • Promote a unified global mindset, breaking down silos and strengthening team integration across the Philippines and Colombia.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven success > formal education.
  • Demonstrated success in a staff augmentation, BPO, RPO or similar environment with 5+ years of leadership experience in the talent industry.
  • Experience building or implementing tech-driven recruiting processes.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including the use of AI and organizational systems.  
  • Experience managing teams in a remote environment.
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills. Critical thinking and decision-making skills are mandatory.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams, manage performance, and implement accountability frameworks.
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting technologies, including ATS, sourcing tools, and workflow automation.
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
