Full Time ERP Client Support Services Consultant – Finance modules

Your challenge is to:

•Provide level 2 support experience of D365/AX2012 ERP platform for our existing customer base;
•Analyze and propose solutions to clients based on best practices;
•Understand client’s change requests and estimate required efforts.
•Troubleshoot and solve finance related issues on any given module;
•Create functional design documents, draft/complete scripts/tests to validate that the solution reflects client expectations with transparency. Work with vertical partner solutions; 
•Work in collaboration with internal and external technical departments for code change, coordination of code promotions, environment data copies, upgrades, updates of D365/AX;
•Manage case requests to product group/engineering group of Microsoft;
•Work with vertical partner solutions;
•Maintain excellent customer relations, with the team and across teams.

What you bring to the team: 


•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline;
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a functional consultant, support consultant or as a Super User for the D365/AX ERP software solution;
•Understanding of finance and operation business processes;
•Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills;
•Ability to manage pressure and priorities;
•Proactivity and capacity to complete necessary research to manage cases outside his field of knowledge;
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
