Your challenge will be to :
• Process and validate invoicing (monthly invoices, inter-company invoices, rebilling, etc.) and credit notes;
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information;
• Follow up on unpaid invoices, late payments and other irregularities;
• Analyze the accounts receivable aging and make the necessary reconciliations;
• Generate and send account statements, invoices and credit notes to clients;
• Make deposits at the bank and record cash receipts;
• Validate supplier invoices and enter them into the system. Investigate discrepancies when necessary;
• Record credit card transactions and ensure documentation completeness;
• Validate and process expense reports;
• Analyze the accounts payable aging and make the necessary reconciliations;
• Prepare the necessary documentation to execute the payment cycle;
• Process customer/supplier requests as well as interdepartmental requests related to invoicing;
• Perform credit card reconciliations;
• Prepare and enter journal entries and adjustments;
• Carry out any other ad hoc reconciliations or analyzes at the request of the supervisor;
• Participate in various special projects when required;
• Ensure the application of internal procedures and controls;
• Perform any other related task at the request of the supervisor.
What you bring to the team :
• Have a diploma in accounting, finance, management, administration or any other relevant field;
• Have three to five years of experience in a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of general accounting;
• Relevant experience in enterprise to participate in the full accounting cycle;
• Demonstrated experience with a large accounting system;
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written;
• Great organizational skills with a strong ability in managing priorities;
• Analytical mind;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (minimum of intermediate skills in Excel);
• Rigor, attention to detail and focused on results and deadlines;
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team;
• Autonomy;
• Professionalism.
