Your challenge is to :

• Provide level 2 support experience of D365/AX2012/AX2009 ERP platform for our existing customer base from various industries.

• Troubleshoot and solve supply chain/retail (mPOS) related issues on any given module.

• Manage different levels of case severities and understand when an escalation is required.

• Analyze and propose solutions to clients based on best practices.

• Work hand in hand with internal and external technical departments for code change, coordination of code promotions, environment data copies, upgrades, updates of D365/AX.

• Manage case requests with product group/engineering group of Microsoft.

• Work with vertical partner solutions.

• Understand client’s change requests and estimate required efforts.

• Create functional design documents, draft/complete scripts/tests to validate that the solution reflects client expectations with transparency.

• Maintain excellent customer relations with our clients, within your team and across teams.


What you bring to the team :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a functional consultant, support consultant or as a Super User for the D365/AX ERP software solution.

• Understanding of finance and operations business processes.

• Experience in a retail context, with points of sale (POS) and/or call center.

• Experience in integration with an online sales portal.

• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of data management and integration/data migration best practices.

• Knowledge of payment integrations.

• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to manage pressure and priorities.

• Proactivity and capacity to complete necessary research to manage cases outside the field of knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
