Your challenge is to :

Sales Planning and Execution :

Generating sales in new clients in target industries leveraging as a foundation Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management (ERP).
Defining opportunity development strategies while defining solution and identifying resources to win sales opportunities.
Leading and coordinating sales’ opportunities in in a collaborative approach.
Generating complete responses to RFI and RFP with the assistance of solution specialists (presales), solution architects and delivery consultants.
Driving executive presentation meetings and working jointly with solution specialists (presales) to prepare winning product demonstrations.
Generating leads and contributing to lead nurturing programs.
Building long-term relationship with Microsoft’s sales team and plan territory development programs.
Participating and representing Thinkmax in industry associations, forums, and conferences.
Presenting the Thinkmax offering and its value proposition and building the Thinkmax brand.
Maintaining and administering sales processes and corporate systems including pipeline, account and contacts, call plans, call reports and other administrative duties in support of driving sales and administering financial aspects of the business.


Sales Excellence

Understanding industry trends and providing knowledge, product positioning and capabilities to Thinkmax and prospecting clients.
Ensuring continuous improvement and sharing of knowledge, competitive information, products, and methods as well as new technologies in the industry.


What you bring to the team :


Minimum 15 years of relevant outside sales experience in the assigned territory.
Minimum 5 years of ERP sales experience catering to mid to large size companies ($100-$500 M).
Knowledge of CRM, BI and/or e-Commerce solutions is a great asset.
Ability to perform in a team-selling environment and collaborate effectively with the team.
Ability to have a business discussion (industry trends, client’s business, and challenges, etc.) with “C” level executives as well as with all other individuals in companies.
Understanding business objectives and requirements in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, retail and construction / professional services.
Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment and driving long and complex sales cycles.
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of best practices with proven thought leadership skills including ability to identify, lead and implement process efficiencies and value-added solutions.
Ability to set and meet deadlines for multi-deliverables / ability to prioritize effectively
Demonstrated customer focus and strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with the ability to deliver results in a demanding deadline-driven environment.
Strong desire to succeed and proven track record in selling complex solutions in a highly technical and relational environment.
Ability to effectively manage the sales pipeline.
Ability to perform autonomously and to build and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
Excellent communication (non-verbal, verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
Demonstrated proficiency with technology and Microsoft’s productivity suite.
Willingness and availability to travel is required. Must possess a valid driver's Licence.
Business degree or equivalent. Relevant professional designation (CPA, Eng., PMI, etc.) is a great asset.
