Over the past 40 years, our highly successful healthcare consulting firm has provided both opportunity and stability for our staff, and we are seeking a highly collaborative financial analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is located near one of our offices in Reno or Phoenix (although some work-from-home is possible).



  • BA in Accounting or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting concepts, techniques, and principles.
  • Experience and familiarity with developing ad hoc analysis related to business productivity and efficiency.
  • Accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
  • Able to learn and absorb new principles.
  • History of accuracy and timeliness of work product.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and transition effectively from one task to another.
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
  • Able to work as part of a work team.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).



  • Completing financial benchmarking reports.
  • Inputting, reviewing, and analyzing financial tools and projects.
  • Effectively and appropriately communicating with internal and external customers, via phone and email.
  • Providing training and education to various customers and internal team members on financial analysis.
  • Completing administrative functions related to the financial benchmarking process, including but not limited to intake of information and generation of benchmarking requests and data entry into Excel.
  • Providing other financial analysis support to consultants.
  • Creating, formatting, editing, and/or maintaining Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents.
