We are seeking a full-time client support manager to join our team. This position requires a hard-working, self-motivated, accountable individual who is willing to work from home and/or in-office at one of our primary office locations (Reno, NV or Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ).

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • College degree required.
  • Significant experience working in a project management and/or executive assistant, office-based role.
  • Confidence in collating and managing financial data, including budgets, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including medical practice operations, is preferred but not required.

 

KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to create, review, and edit content for professional and impactful client deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple and varied projects to meet deadlines.
  • A dedication to doing high-quality, detail-oriented work focused on meeting internal and external customer needs.
  • High level of IT proficiency including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel (within recent Microsoft versions) and ease working within virtual interface applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with our internal team members and consulting clients in a dynamic working environment.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and strong problem-solving skills to drive to fulfill project goals, to learn, and to grow.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and contribute to client-facing and internal projects, working closely with consultants, analysts, and other team members, managing client communications, resource coordination, deadline management, task execution, web-based research, budget tracking, etc.
  • Lead or assist with the design, development, and update of high-quality client deliverables in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other programs as required.
  • Provide support for general office operations and consultants’ administrative needs.

 

This position is full time with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office (Reno or Phoenix/Scottsdale). Occasional out-of-state travel is involved (with heavier travel requirements potentially needed during the training phase).
