Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Compliance Coordinator provides essential compliance and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role involves partnering with recruiters and HR compliance teams to facilitate the hiring process, ensuring that pre-hire requirements such as background checks and training are completed successfully. The Talent Acquisition Compliance Coordinator acts as a key point of contact for candidates and interviewers, managing scheduling and last-minute changes. Additionally, the role coordinates with third-party vendors responsible for conducting background checks.

 

Job Description

  • Coordinate and arrange candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist candidates with travel logistics, credit card authorizations, and reimbursement forms.
  • Resolve conflicts between interview schedules and other commitments in coordination with interview teams.
  • Prepare interview packets, debrief materials, and ensure a smooth interview day experience for candidates.
  • Greet candidates, provide hospitality, and ensure a positive and seamless interview experience.
  • Collaborate with internal HR to create and maintain new hire personnel files.
  • Monitor and track new hire onboarding requirements within the HR system.
  • Track completion of pre-employment requirements such as training, drug testing, and background checks, working with third-party vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Complete all necessary tasks and file required documents promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with pre-hire activities in collaboration with the internal HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the Talent Acquisition and compliance teams.

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR compliance-related roles.
  • Highly compliance-driven with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • High level of integrity, work ethic, and personal accountability.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
