Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Biologics Development Technician to join our dynamic biologics development team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the routine process across our Bio-separation and Cell Culture teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to buffer generation, solution preparation for downstream purification processes, and media formulation for cell culture processes.

 

Job Description

  • Support the preparation of buffer solutions for downstream purification processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of buffers and media used for CHO cell culture.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
  • Cleaning support for materials used during solution preparation procedures
  • Document all procedures and results in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiencies within the lab.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices and safety regulations

  • Good data collection and record-keeping skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or associate’s degree in biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Shift: 08:00 AM

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • Estimated Salary: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour based on qualifications.
