Our client specialized in the engineering and fabrication of rig systems, wellbore technologies, and completion and production solutions

 

Job Summary

This role is responsible for processing orders and handling the submittal process for the Moyno product line. This will involve interfacing with our distributors, and several departments within the Company. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to excel in this role.

 

Job Description

  • Provide the highest level of support to our customers, and channel partners to assist in the communication of documents and deliverables. (ex. general arrangement drawings, data sheets, etc.)
  • Manage and track the mailing of approval and final submittals
  • Work with various departments including applications engineering,engineering, and accounting to coordinate the order, and submittal processes
  • Process and confirm orders. This includes tasks such as confirming SPAs, shipping information, billing information, and generating order acknowledgments
  • Providing order status updates to internal, and external contacts
  • Additional order, and documentation management tasks

Skills Required

  • Must have the technical background required to possess as in-depth understanding of company product offerings and applicability in a wide variety of markets
  • The ability to work effectively with customers and provide customer satisfaction is essential
  • Ability to use various software to gather information, and compile submittals
  • Ability to read and interpret customer data specifications and interpret engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with data and documentation requirements for various market segments

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Must have previous administrative experience

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School diploma, associate degree preferred

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to report on site five days a week
  • Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No overtime is expected

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
