Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role based on upcoming work demands.

 

Job Description

  • Execute plans for electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning of lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems.
  • Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and related systems.
  • Install safety and distribution components, including switches, resistors, and circuit-breaker panels.
  • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring compatibility of components.
  • Prepare and assemble conduits, routing wiring through them efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections and replace old wiring and insulated cables to prevent system breakdowns.
  • Clean circuits and perform maintenance to ensure system longevity.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify hazards or malfunctions, and repair or replace damaged units as needed.
  • Shift Schedule: 05:30 AM - 02:00 PM

 

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
  • 3-5 years of electrical experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to team members.
  • Be able to follow and read instructions.
  • Have basic math skills.

 

Education

  • High School Diploma / GED

 

Additional Requirements

  • Journeyman certification preferred.
