Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Box/Label Associate to join our team at Scott Medical Products. This role involves the boxing and labeling of gas cylinders, assembling product kits, and ensuring GMP-compliant documentation. You will be working in a non-air-conditioned production area, following safety protocols, and performing tasks to meet company standards.

 

Job Description

  • Box and label gas cylinders accurately.
  • Assemble product kits according to specifications (multiple-piece, box of items, with labels and instructions).
  • Complete GMP-compliant documentation via batch records.
  • Follow safety and quality guidelines to ensure product integrity.
  • Perform other related tasks as required by management.

 

Skills Required

  • Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or GDP (Good Documentation Practices) documentation preferred.
  • Prior experience assembling product kits, including following instructions for multi-piece products and labeling, is a plus.
  • Experience working within OSHA guidelines preferred.
  • Experience in an FDA-regulated industry is preferred.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Highschool diploma or GED

 

Additional Requirements

  • Shift: M-F 8h 1pm - 9pm after 2-3 weeks of training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing and manual dexterity are required for packaging and labeling tasks.
  • No driving required for this position.
  • No work at heights.
