Are you excited by challenges?  Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, international and dynamic environment?  Then now is the time to join Quorum Software, a rapidly growing company and industry leader in oil & gas transformation, and one that is reinventing itself as the AI platform for the energy industry.

Quorum Software is the world's largest provider of digital technology focused solely on business workflows that empower the next evolution of energy. From emerging companies to supermajors, throughout every region of the globe, customers rely on Quorum's proven innovation and unmatched global expertise to streamline business operations and make data-driven decisions that optimize profitability and growth. Our industry-leading solutions are transforming energy companies across the entire value chain, helping visionary leaders evolve their organizations into modern energy companies.

Overview

Serve as a People Leader in the Global Services (GS) business unit, accountable for the successful delivery of Quorum Pipeline Transaction Management (QPTM) and the broader Pipeline Software Suite for midstream customers. QPTM is Quorum's enterprise-grade pipeline transaction management system, used by pipeline and storage operators to manage nominations, scheduling, capacity rights, imbalances, invoicing and settlement, and regulatory compliance. You will lead the team that implements, upgrades and optimizes it for some of the most recognized names in North American midstream.

Why This Role, Why Now: Quorum’s Platform Transformation

Quorum is in the middle of a major transformation. Our vision is to serve as the operating system for the global energy industry: a unified platform where every domain, from subsurface planning to supply chain execution, is connected through a common data foundation and a governed AI layer. We are investing heavily in bringing AI and analytics into the platform, and expanding through strategic acquisitions such as Streamba, an AI-native supply chain platform, announced in June 2026. As this platform evolution reaches our pipeline solutions, Global Services will be on the front line, helping customers move from systems that simply record transactions to a connected, data-driven platform that helps run their operations. This is a rare chance to shape how that transformation is delivered to our pipeline customers and to build the team and delivery model that makes it repeatable.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

The person who succeeds here will be both tech-savvy and deeply grounded in the oil & gas pipeline industry. You understand how a pipeline business actually runs, from nominations and scheduling to capacity release, imbalance management, contract and rate administration, invoicing, and FERC and NAESB requirements, and you can earn the respect of pipeline operators’ commercial, scheduling, accounting and IT leaders on day one. You are equally comfortable discussing cloud deployment, integration architecture, data quality and how AI and analytics can improve a pipeline workflow. You are a leader who can bridge the two worlds: translating what operators need into how the technology is configured, delivered and adopted.
