Overview

Owns execution of IT and transformation projects within the Transformation Office, delivering on time, in scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and execution of IT and transformation projects, including systems implementations, process improvements, and technology rollouts
• Builds and maintains project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Coordinates across IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to manage dependencies, risks, and issues
• Facilitates project meetings, tracks action items, and drives accountability to deadlines
• Manages project budget, scope, and change control
• Reports status, risks, and issues to leadership on a regular cadence
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience; IT project delivery experience preferred
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• PMP or similar certification a plus
