Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a designer who embraces AI as a tool to elevate and streamline design processes, brings solid knowledge of research and design methodologies, and is proficient in tools like Figma and Maze. Experience with design systems is essential, along with a genuine eagerness to learn and a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
The UX Designer would join the product and engineering organization to support Upstream and Midstream Energy Components, Quorum’s Hydrocarbon Accounting and LNG Export and Import Solutions.
Job Purpose
As a Senior UX Designer on our Product team, you will be deeply embedded in the design processes and user workflow journeys of the Energy Components Product Suite, working closely with Product Managers and Product Owners.
Your perspective and passion are central to delivering the best possible user experience. You'll operate within a flat decision-making structure, ensuring your input has direct impact on the product.
You will own the end-to-end user journey roadmap for DaWinci — defining its scope, driving its execution, and communicating it effectively using industry-standard design tools. Alongside this, you will collaborate with customers and internal experts on co-innovation projects, shaping new market-defining features while continuously elevating our existing product offering.
