Overview

A Product and industry specialist role as part of the Measurement Services within Quorum Global Services, reporting to the Measurement Lead.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work both independently and part of project teams, contributing to overall project objectives with a focus on the customer’s satisfaction and success
  • Lead requirements gathering discussions and workshops with new and existing customers
  • Coordinate with solution architects to define SOWs, timelines, and project budgets
  • Guide customers through best practices and standard usage of the measurement applications
  • Work with product management to develop innovative solutions for unique and/or complex customer application
  • Handle application configuration in FLOWCAL to assure compliance with standards, contracts, and tariffs
  • Provide customized training programs that address specific needs or product functionality not covered in standard training programs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application setup issues during system confirmation or user testing, including:
  • Analyze FLOWCAL services performance and tune services configuration (number of instances)
  • Resolve configuration issues resulting in failure to calculate and poor VCF issues
  • Assist customers in resolving meter and or polling system issues interfering with accurate volume calculation in FLOWCAL
  • Coordinate configurations that impact multiple areas of functionality within the product or impact downstream systems
  • Assist clients during user acceptance testing by:
  • Provide input on or developing test plans and test cases that are applicable to their business processes
  • Evaluate testing results and assist in resolving failures and/or identifying the sources of discrepancies.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Products, Development, Cloud Services) as needed to support customer commitments and job functions
  • Provide mentorship to Professional Services team
  • And other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

 

  • Deep gas measurement industry knowledge (liquids a plus), ideally with 10+ years of industry experience
  • Advanced hands-on FLOWCAL application experience (Field applications a plus)
  • Excellent leadership and problem solving abilities to introduce and implement solutions to address customer business requirements
  • Ability to manage workload and priorities across concurrent projects and customer assignments
  • Comfort leading and/or contributing to customer discussions (requirements gathering, training, status updates, etc.)
  • Strong organization, as well as written and verbal communication skills

 

 

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States or Canada (depending on where the successful candidate is currently located) is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
