Overview

At Quorum Software, our Business Analysts are highly motivated, hardworking individuals who solve complex problems through cross-functional collaboration.

 

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners to drive and coordinate key initiatives You will be the bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and our internal stakeholders in Customer Support, Customer Success, and Global Services. 

 

We are looking for a self-starter to drive product enablement and lead various product-centric initiatives such as setting up and monitoring usage telemetry, supporting the implementation of a knowledge base within our AI Chatbot, setting-up, coordinating, and tracking internal product training.

 

Responsibilities

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, sensitive to project deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates should also have in-depth experience with:

  • Responsible for the creation and management of product enablement material to support our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in Global Customer Support and Global Services
  • Generate product and technical documentation and training tools from existing subject matter documentation and release notes
  • Update and maintain application help and training enablement tools in LITMOS and Quorum AI Chatbot
  • Establish and manage training plans, curriculum, and training schedule for our stakeholders
  • Maintain and adhere to company and department style guides
  • Maintain and report on usage telemetry: using Pendo, a usage telemetry tool, set up Pendo within the products to track usage, refine telemetry tracking, and report on telemetry feedback to the product owners and product managers
  • Perform other duties deemed relevant based on experience
  • Use AI to streamline processes and content creation
  • And other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations
  • Understanding of various software applications and/or methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA, LITMOS, Pendo)
  • Proven ability to self-manage, complete project deliverables, and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills

  • Oil & Gas experience preferred
  • Energy components experience preferred

  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Norway is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
