Job Purpose

The People & Talent Coordinator will provide administration support to a full range of HR services including HR systems, employee lifecycle, performance management, total rewards and global relocations.

This position will be based in Pune, India and will mainly provide support to employees in the EMEA, APAC and Americas regions.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including high volume on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Producing HR documentation and correspondence as required, including invitation letters, employment references, leavers letters, compensation and promotion letters and relocation letters.
  • Ensure our HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) is kept up to date with any employee changes required
  • Provide accurate & clear payroll inputs for processing
  • Create and maintain employee records in Replicon (time-tracking software)
  • First-level support for all HR support tickets (Internal & External)
  • Maintaining employee support knowledge base for support
  • Providing general HR administrative support to the global HR team
  • Take on global and regional HR administration projects as required, such as M&A activities
  • Assisting with global relocations including visa procurement
  • Helping out with in person ad hoc office tasks when required
  • And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline with 1+ years of related experience
  • Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)

 

Nice to Have:

  • HRIS system administrator experience preferred 
  • Experience working in a global organization would be an asset.

 

Additional Details

  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
