Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Alliance Partnerships with a demonstrated success in developing and executing a strategic partner programme. expanding and enhancing services delivery capacity through strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in driving Quorum growth, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to end clients. 

 

The Director of Alliance Partnerships EMEA & APAC is a new position, responsible for (1) the strategic partner programme for the EMEA and APAC regions, (2) strategic relationships with high profile, global SI partners, (3) driving and overseeing a joint pipeline for new software business and (4) updating our approach for technology and tactical partners.

 

Reports to the Head of International Sales, collaborates with Regional Sales Leaders

 

Responsibilities

Partner Programme Development

  • Lead and update the strategic SI partner programme
  • Review and adapt EMEA/APAC programmes for tactical & technology partners
  • Deliver sales and delivery teams enablement programmes

 

Partner Relationships

  • Identify and develop strong win-win relationships with key leaders in a small number of strategic SI partners in our core sales regions
  • Evaluate partner performance including joint pipeline, deal closure, project delivery performance, transition to support regime
  • Provide ongoing SI partner management

 

Collaboration within Quorum

  • Regional sales leaders, account managers for driving partner led/influenced pipeline
  • Regional services leaders, project managers, PMOs for establishing programme management processes
  • Global Customer Care for support delivery programmes

 

Strategic Partnership Development: 

  • Identify and recruit new system integrators and consulting partners to expand global delivery capabilities for Quorum’s industry-leading software solutions

 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, aligning partnership strategies with overarching business objectives. 
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic channel partners to drive mutual revenue goals and customer success. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Quorum teams, including services, sales, marketing, product management, to ensure alignment and maximize partner engagement and success. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, managing day-to-day partner relationships and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. 
  • Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks and regularly assess partner performance against established metrics, providing actionable insights and guidance for improvement. 
  • Lead initiatives to optimize partner performance, enhance service delivery quality, and drive revenue growth. 

 

Services Delivery Capacity Building: 

  • Assess and enhance partner services delivery capabilities. Design and implement comprehensive plans to scale services delivery capacity, including training programs, certification processes, and resource allocation strategies. 
  • Continuously monitor and optimize capacity-building efforts to meet evolving business needs and industry standards. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partner services offerings. 
  • Provide guidance and support to partners in crafting compelling value propositions, marketing collateral, and sales enablement resources.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in leading SI partnership development and management, ideally in implementation of complex, client critical software solutions.
  • A-level sales skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and then drive results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong leadership experience, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. 
  • Experience working with global partners and navigating cultural nuances. 
  • Willingness to travel as required. 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with industry leaders in this space such as Salesforce, SAP, Coupa or Workday is advantageous.
