Overview

The Transformation Office Executive is a Director/Sr. Director/VP role (depending on the Quorum assessed qualifications of the selected applicant) responsible for leading and managing large-scale organizational change initiatives, with a primary focus on navigating complex challenge of implementing a new strategy or cultural transformation while also driving short and mid-term operational results. This role is pivotal in aligning transformation strategies with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of

continuous improvement, and orchestrating digital and operational transformation

across the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define transformation priorities and develop comprehensive roadmaps for change.
  • Align transformation initiatives with broader business objectives and establish clear metrics to measure success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through significant organizational changes, fostering employee buy-in and managing resistance to change.
  • Communicate a compelling transformation narrative to all stakeholders, ensuring clarity of vision and purpose.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes across departments to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness.
  • Identify and close capability gaps, standardize best practices, and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and track KPIs to monitor the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a role model and coach for senior leadership, promoting behaviors required for successful transformation.
  • Build strong relationships with ELT and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • And other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably within the software or technology sector.
  • Strong background in change management, process optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams through complex change.
  • Experience with financial management and performance tracking in transformation contexts.

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
