Overview

This role supports the execution of internal communications strategies that advance Quorum’s mission, strategic priorities, values, culture, and brand.

 

This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders, supporting communications and change initiatives, while also contributing to enterprise-wide culture and engagement communications. These communications are expected to drive understanding of Quorum’s direction and of leaders’ and employees’ roles in the company's success, while helping ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

 

The ideal candidate brings strong foundational experience in internal communications, is highly organized, and has a business-focused mindset.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support broad impact initiatives by drafting and producing communications and materials with cross-functional partners to ensure priorities and messaging are aligned with the overall Quorum company strategy and culture.
  • Support change communications and change management efforts for major initiatives by drafting targeted stakeholder messaging, employee-facing resources (e.g., FAQs, toolkits, leader talking points, intranet updates), and helping maintain a clear cadence of updates.
  • Align communications deliverables to the overall internal communications strategy and plans that help achieve stated business objectives and support execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Support the management of the internal communications calendar by coordinating timelines and tracking deliverables.
  • Create and refine high-quality, executive-ready narratives and presentations (e.g., leadership updates, change communications decks), translating complex information into clear, structured storylines with consistent messaging and visuals.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (meetings, one-on-ones, organizational "listening") to gather input, clarify needs, and synthesize priorities from multiple perspectives into clear communication deliverables that resonate with a global audience.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve communication processes, templates, and ways of working.

 

Requirements    

  • , Communications, Public Relations or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, including employee and culture communications; experience supporting global or distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting change management and/or change communications deliverables. (e.g., creating leader toolkits, FAQs, communications plans, stakeholder messages, or campaign deliverables).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite products with a focused expertise in creating visually compelling PowerPoint communications
  • Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences and channels.
  • Excellent planning skills, with a proven ability to manage, prioritize, and allocate time. 

 

 

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
