Overview

We're looking for a General Manager to scale one of our core product lines. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role at the intersection of product strategy, revenue growth, operations, and go-to-market execution. You'll operate with significant autonomy — setting direction, driving outcomes, and building the business within a fast-growing software organization.

This is not a purely functional role. You'll be expected to think like a founder: deeply invested in the success of your product, accountable for the P&L, and capable of aligning a cross-functional team around a common vision. Critically, you'll be a driving force in accelerating our go-to-market engine — aligning global services and customer success around scalable motions that convert pipeline into revenue, and customers into long-term advocates.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy

  • Championing the product vision and multi-year roadmap for your business unit
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management to prioritize features that drive customer value and business growth
  • Synthesize market signals, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into clear strategic decisions

Revenue & P&L

  • Own the full P&L for your product line, including revenue targets, margin, and budget allocation
  • Drive growth through a combination of new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Set pricing strategy and packaging in partnership with Finance and Revenue Operations

Go-to-Market

  • Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases, serving as the connective tissue between product, sales, and customer-facing teams
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials that resonate with upstream energy buyers
  • Own the GTM motion end-to-end — from market segmentation and ICP definition through to pipeline generation, deal support, and post-sale handoff
  • Partner with Sales leadership to accelerate deal velocity, remove friction in the buying process, and ensure field teams are equipped with the right tools, talk tracks, and competitive intelligence
  • Drive customer expansion and land-and-expand strategies in close collaboration with Customer Success, turning early wins into enterprise-wide deployments
  • Define and track leading and lagging KPIs across the funnel; hold the business accountable to results and continuously refine the GTM approach based on what the data is telling you

Global Services & Customer Success Operations

  • Partner with Global Services and Customer Success to drive operational efficiencies, reducing time-to-value for customers and cost-to-serve for the business
  • Establish scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tooling that enable customer success and services teams to operate consistently across regions
  • Partner with this leadership team to improve onboarding, adoption, and renewal workflows — translating operational improvements into measurable retention and expansion outcomes
  • Define and track operational KPIs (e.g., time-to-onboard, CSAT, NRR, service utilization) and use data to surface improvement opportunities across the customer lifecycle
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset across the teams, ensuring lessons learned in one region are systematically applied across others

  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or general management — ideally in B2B SaaS or software
  • Personnel and Cargo Logistics experience in Upstream at existing software companies or services companies
  • Demonstrated experience owning revenue targets or P&L responsibility
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies within global services, professional services, or customer success functions
  • Strong product sensibility with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and design teams
  • Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies, with experience working alongside Sales and Marketing
  • Exceptional communicator who can influence without authority across functions and levels
  • Data-driven decision maker who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a customer conversation
  • A bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity — this is a growth-stage environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience driving 20% YoY ARR growth
  • Experience implementing scalable customer success or services operating models across multiple geographies
  • Background in management consulting or product strategy

Additional Details

  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Norway or the United Kingdom (depending on where the successful candidate is currently located) is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
