Guidant Global is on the lookout for an exceptional Recruitment Account Manager

Location: You'll have the convenience of remote work, with occasional travel to Edinburgh or Glasgow.  

Start date: The sooner, the better  

Contract: This is a permanent position. We're thinking long term and we hope you are too.

The role: As our Recruitment Account Manager, you'll be vital within our insurance client account, maximising their potential and directing strategic initiatives. You’re not filling positions here, you're shaping the future of our operational management and establishing lasting partnerships.   

Day to day

Work closely with our client to identify roles, becoming the trusted authority in Talent Acquisition. 

Lead review meetings. 

Present data with regular analysis and account evaluations. 

Drive direct fill. 

Ensure compliance with client, contractual, and legal requirements. 

Oversee budgets, make projections, and maintain financial integrity. 

Deliver insightful performance reports to stakeholders, showcasing our drive for success. 

 

What You Bring

We want you to bring your passion and expertise to the table. You will leverage your account management and MSP outsourcing recruitment delivery background to obtain tangible, measurable results, and ensure continued success and account longevity.

You have freedom to act here, but you will have to hone your drive to deliver and fulfil requirements providing the best possible service to our customer. You need to be highly organised, with excellent people skills and have a good level of MS Office experience.

Proven track record of expanding accounts in professional sectors such as Insurance, Banking, or Finance.
