Client Services Manager

Location: Heathrow - Hybrid

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? Guidant Global is seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our team and take ownership of a key client account. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving service excellence, building strong relationships, and ensuring successful fulfilment of all contractual commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the account strategy, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the escalation point for client queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Drive fulfilment across all recruitment activities, including high-profile vacancies.
  • Monitor and manage account performance, budgets, and P&L.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in MSP and/or staffing solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams within client accounts.
  • A track record of customer engagement, delivery, and growth.
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in P&L management and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
