We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.
A typical day?
- Install and repair mechanical components;
- Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems;
- Inspect and maintain mechanical systems (e.g. hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight control, etc.);
- Prepare aircraft for flight (refueling, daily inspection);
- Participate in engine and APU (auxiliary power unit) tests;
- Carry out modifications according to service bulletins while respecting industry standards;
- May be required to work in a noisy and dusty environment;
- Participate in the continuous improvement program (SAE);
- Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- You have a college or professional training:
- Diploma (D.E.C.) or (A.E.C.) in aircraft maintenance or an equivalent diploma in aircraft maintenance recognised by the Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés Culturelles (MICC)
- A license TEA (AME) class M2 (M1), B1 (B2) and a Diploma of Secondary Studies (D.E.S)
- You have five (5) years experience as an aircraft maintenance mechanic.
- You are able to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals;
- You are flexible with respect to work shifts.
- Bilingualism (French - English) in oral and written communication is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
