We’re expanding our team and looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to help us deliver exceptional talent solutions and build strong partnerships with leading STEM organisations across Ireland. 

This is a true 360 recruitment role where you’ll combine delivery excellence with proactive business development. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while identifying opportunities to develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and high-quality placements.
• Proactively identify and engage new clients to expand our footprint in the Irish market.
• Develop and grow existing accounts through strategic conversations and networking.
• Drive face-to-face meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to support client hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. 

What We’re Looking For 

Essential:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and develop business opportunities.
• Ideally degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Ambition and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Desirable:

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in a 360 or client-facing role.
• Familiarity with Irish market and/or STEM sectors.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools such as ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
