Full Time SRG Bid and Tenders Coordinator

As the Bid and Tenders Coordinator, you will use your writing expertise to create and curate winning bids; this will be the perfect environment for you to showcase your writing creativity and design skills.

Key responsibilities span over Bid, Content and Proposal Management, covering the entire bid cycle from PQQs/RFIs to BAFO documents.

  • Create market intelligence reports with support from the Insights Function 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for accurate, in-depth information, and coordinate input ensuring adherence to guidelines 
  • Produce compliant, professionally produced proposals, within customer-defined timeframes 
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for pitches 
  • Ensure governance requirements are met and bid trackers are up to date 
  • Maintain bid pipeline on Microsoft Dynamics 365 
  • Build and maintain a content library using Qorus content management software 
  • Keep key content up to date, including company info, case studies, and testimonials 

We are looking for excellent language and writing skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, an inquisitive mind, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.

You must be highly organised, work at pace and manage multiple tasks. Ideally you will have a scientific background or knowledge of FMCG and/or MedTech markets, and we would love to hear from you if you have a degree in Journalism, Writing or any STEM subject.  

Having a keen interest in market developments and a passion for sales will be the key to your success.
