We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-media (Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audio/Visual (AV)) Equipment Support to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Shall manage, maintain and upgrade all multi-media and AV equipment as required, and provide primary support for VTC system training locally and remotely as required.
  • Provide operational and user/customer support, technical and equipment (hardware / software) support as required
  • Perform analytical, evaluation and maintenance duties in support of: audiovisual (AV) equipment, serve as a technician for trouble tickets and work orders relating to the user, associated AV systems, evaluate and analyze classroom AV technology and associated hardware and/or software
  • Provide and implement solutions to reported and discerned problems, which may include processing warranty item equipment, system hardware component installation, configuration, and operation
  • Maintain record copies of system/equipment software and documentation

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant VTC or Help Desk experience
  • Clearance: TS/SCI Required
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
  • InfoComm Basic AV (InfoComm)
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) AV (InfoComm)
  • CTS-I (AV System Installation Specialization)
  • AV (Q-Sys) - Level 1 and Level 2 certification
